All owners of property within Quail Run are members of the Quail Run Homeowners Association. The Association is regulated by the Oregon Planned Community Act as stated in Section 94 of the Oregon Revised Statutes. It is further organized as a non-profit corporation under ORS Section 65. In addition to state law, Quail Run Homeowners Association is controlled by its own covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) as well as its bylaws.
The annual meeting of the Association is held in October of each year on a date set by the board of directors. At the annual meeting, homeowners elect directors to serve two-year terms on the board, committees make reports, and homeowners are invited to ask questions and make comments related to association business.
