Welcome to Quail Run, a distinctive planned neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon where high quality home design, well-maintained property, and caring community come together.
We are a gated neighborhood of 107 homes, organized in a unique cluster living concept and compact urban design. Our homes are characterized by excellent design and construction. Built 1999-2004, 80 are free-standing houses and 27 are attached townhouses. They are of varying floor plans, range in sizes from 1,600 to 3,200 square feet, and feature porches, stone chimneys, and beautiful landscaping.
We are located close to downtown Eugene. The University of Oregon campus and its Autzen Stadium are nearby as is Eugene’s extensive system of paths for walking, biking, and jogging along the Willamette River. We are also close to bus lines, parks, medical services, shopping areas, and places of employment.
